BSB41415 Certificate IV in Workplace Health & Safety Training

Vertical Horizonz Australia (RTO 31160)  can deliver Workplace Health and Safety training in context of work providing organisations with the opportunity to align the development, testing and/or implementation of Workplace Healthy and Safety systems and procedures under the guidance and/or  supervision of subject matter expert trainers. 

Who will benefit from this course? 

This qualification is suitable for people working in a work health and safety (WHS) role who may or may not work under supervision. They may provide leadership and guidance to others and have some limited responsibility for the output of others. The qualification reflects the role of workers who apply a broad knowledge base and well-developed skills in a wide variety of contexts and may include coordinators, advisors and facilitators.


1 day/month over 8 months; 2 days a month over 4 months; or 4 days at either end of a three month workplace based project

What does the course cover?
To be awarded this qualification, the candidate must successfully demonstrate competency in the five core units, plus five electives (total ten units). The units delivered within this program are:

BSBWHS401 Implement and monitor WHS policies, procedures and programs to meet legislative requirements Elective
