VHA systems have had a focus on meeting industry client needs but is now in a continuous improvement process to better serve the student. VHA (RTO 33160) shares a common set of Vision, Mission and Values with the rest of the Vertical Horizonz family of companies:

Vertical Horizonz delivers a range of services around our core competency of workforce development and capability building.

Our mission is 'to deliver real training that saves lives', and thereby enabling transformational and sustainable change for industry, business and individuals.

  • Real training is evidenced when trainees embed their learning into long term behavioural change, increase productivity and take personal responsibility for continuous improvement.
  • Founded by a former SAS trainer, Vertical Horizonz specializes in training personnel, especially those in high risk environments, to work at their peak effectiveness, having situational awareness and developing safe working habits.

Vertical Horizonz Australia Pty Ltd was established in 2001 and became an RTO in 2004: RTO 31160. VHA only uses qualified and industry experienced trainers/facilitators located throughout Australia. We work closely with other industry based organisations to ensure that their needs and standards are met and maintained. Vertical Horizonz Australia's aim is to make every training experience as smooth and care free as possible.

With strict legislative requirements regulating Workplace Health and Safety it is essential that the training needs of today's workforce are professionally addressed. We have drawn the best and most experienced trainers into our team. We offer most clients a total ONE-STOP-SHOP for training. We provide one of the most comprehensive training programs at the best possible value for any organisation. Our training follows the EDIP cycle: Explanation; Demonstration: Imitation and Practice. It is systematic, tried and true.
