Overview
Trainees must enrol into the full apprenticeship or to complete the level 3 NZ Certificate in Scaffolding with Skills Organisation and can select VHNZ as there off-job training provider.
The apprenticeship consists of:
- One week off-job block course “Skills Week” see details below
- Two Day heights off-job block course – see details below
- Six five-day off-job block courses – these include assessment for CoC’s – see details below.
These courses introduce subjects to be learnt on-job and complete assessment on the unit standards highlighted in blue. Skills Organisation will arrange the block courses with VHNZ.

Skills Week - Five Days

Working at Heights - Two Days

In this one week block you will be assessed for your certificate of compliance (CoC).
